Customer Impact: Customers may have experienced a degradation of service when using Asynchronous Services including Scheduler, scheduled tasks, work queues and scripts.

Workaround Identified: To prevent new occurrences, change your Time Zone Preferences to any value other than: "(GMT+02:00) Helsinki, Kiyv, Riga, Sofia, Tallinn, Vilnius".
